The "Pasticceria Grandazzi" (Grandazzi's pastry shop) has been synonymous with quality since 1924. In our workshop overlooking the courtyard, we baked cream horns, profiteroles, butter-scented puff pastries and all kinds of biscuits. That passion has guided us up to now and that workshop has become the "Officina del Cioccolato"
Yesterday, the production was in our grandfather's hands; at the time, being a pastry chef was considered heavy work, just for men, but today the Cabalà sisters, the Grandazzi women, run the patisserie, pursuing the family dream with passion.
"L'Officina del Cioccolato" participates in numerous exhibitions, both in Italy and abroad, and its products reach every country in the world.
